You’re now in an altered Hilltop Center. You can only go one way so go back out, across a bridge and through the door. On the right, you will find handgun bullets in the wheelchair. Now turn left and out the door. You meet a new monster that’s sort of human like but with a weird head and crawls on the ground. Turn left and go through the door straight ahead. Turn left down this hall and right at the end. Just as you turn you will find a clue to pick up on your left. Next on your left is the Mental clinic save spot.

From the Mental clinic save spot turn right and go in the door in front of you. Cut scene: Meet Vincent who gives you more of the story. When you leave you are in a little room. The shelves on the left have two health drinks, a first aid kit, and a bottle of Oxydol. On the desk is a clue to read. Take the door to you right out of here and you’re back in front of the Mental clinic save spot. Turn left and left at the end. Take the door on your right and follow the hallway to the left. You’ll see dogs and crawlers. Take the first left and then your first right hallway. Enter the elevator. Press the button for the 1st floor. Once off the elevator, take a left and then a right towards the reddish glow. Take a second to look at this thing because that’s the way out. Turn around and go straight down the hallway passing the elevators. Take your next left and at the end of the hall take the door on the left. This is an old café. There is a fat guy in here. If you go straight into the room, past the counter on your right, there is a little fridge in the far right corner with a pork liver. On a table in the opposite corner of the room, behind where the fat guy was, is a box of shotgun shells. Get both of these and leave. Head back to the elevator. Push the button for the 5th floor. From the elevator go left and left again at the hallway. Take the hallway to the right and the door straight ahead. There are some crawlers in this area. Turn left and at the end turn right. At the end of this hallway, go through the door in front of you. There are two boxes of handgun bullets and a matchbook on the table. Go out of this room and all the way to the other end. In front of you is a large window with a wheelchair on the other side. You get some comments from Heather about this. Take a right when you reach this glass at the end of the hall and go through the door straight ahead. Diagonally to your right is the entrance to the alternate gallery. On the right side wall you will find the Gallery save spot.

From the Gallery save spot go to your left and examine the picture on the wall.

Hint 15: Remember that text book you read earlier?

Go through the picture and take a right down the stairs. On the left, on a table, is a story clue. Turn around and go through the door. There are three crawlers in this area. Go forward to the end of the hall, turn right, at the end turn left. At the end of this hall, take the door on the left. This will be the last door on the left and puts you in the southeastern most room. Go forward and to the right you can pass through the hole in the gate. On the bed you’ll find a first aid kit and handgun bullets. You also get attacked by a crawler. Leave this room and continue straight. Go through the next door and at the end of the hall go right. At the end of this hall go left and at the end of this hall go right. You will end up at the door of the northwestern most room. Go in this room. As you walk in, there’s a desk on your right where you find a silver coin. Go across the room to the right and you will find a story clue on the wall next to the soda machine.

Hint 16: Are you thirsty?

Go out of this room and at the end of the hall go left. At the end of this hall, go through the door in front of you. Take the 1st hallway to the left and then the 1st hallway to the right so that you are back at the elevator. Take the elevator back to the 1st floor. Turn left and at the hallway turn left again. At the next hallway, go right and straight through the door in front of you. You will unlock it with the life insurance key from earlier. There are more crawlers in this area. Turn left and head to the end of the hall. Take a left and look for the 2nd door on your left. On your map, it is the 3rd room from the right just above the long hall. In this room you will find another story clue. Cut scene: more of the story and a noise. Leave this room and go right. At the end of the hall go right again. Take the 1st door to your right where you came from. Take a left at the 1st hallway and go all the way to the end. The monster from earlier is gone.
