The Secret of Ricco Tower
You get into the tower by jetting over from town.
This is an obstacle course. There are many rolling logs, turning gears, side angle logs. It's really a matter of practice, to get the timing right. The Last part is the worst. Just take it in straight lines, and you should make it through.
