OK, now your task is to find the guy's house and locate the information that's there. Be careful on the balcony, there's a bug that you can run through it and end up dangling with no way of getting backup.

Sneak along the balcony you're on until you get to an open area. Jump across to the opposite balcony. If you land hanging from your hands, slide left or right until you're at the open area and then pull yourself up.

Now sneak along crouched slowly to the lattice area, to the far left where the bush is. You'll see a guard talking on the phone. You can sneak around behind him while he's on the phone. Wait until he finishes and then knock him out. You might be able to drag him into a hiding spot near the house before his friend comes out so you can knock out the friend too. If not, if the friend comes out sooner, then just shoot him. There are only those 2 guards in the house area.

Note my boyfriend snuck by the phone-guy to the left window, and went through it while the inside guy came outside. The timing is tricky, but if you get in the window while the guy inside comes out, you can then do the rest without hurting anyone or being seen

Now head inside. There are bottles and cans you can pick up if you want. Left of the front door is a computer with some info on it. There's a medkit in the bathroom but hopefully you don't need it yet. In the back room on the right is a painting. Slide it to get to the computer.

You learn the balcony code - 091772. Use this to open the balcony door. Head left and slide down the rope to the other roof. Go over to the door, and in. You're at the top of an elevator shaft. Crouch and jump down to the pipes below you. Now jump from the pipes to the elevator roof. Go in the trap door into the elevator. Now you're told it's OK to go on the streets.

Head out. Two cops are rousting a guy while another cop looks on. Wait until they're done and just hanging out. Now shoot one cop in the head to take him out immediately, then take down the other two with a few quick headshots. Continue down the alley into the little square. Head into the bushes in the right, crouch and go into the tunnel. Checkpoint at the computer in there. Note there is ammo in here and TWO medkits.

Tip from David:
It is possible to avoid the guards, and the drunk guy by going to your right, jumping up and grabbing a small ledge on the right wall. There are two ledges; you need to grab the higher one. This will allow you to hand-over-hand along the ledge, and around the corner, avoiding the need to shoot anybody.
