You hear about a translator, Ingrid Karithson. She's a TImorese sub-dialect specialist here in the building. The only words you know are the code word for sender, mortified penguin. Also "red beard" "saulnier" and "springfield".
Go over to the door, and you hear a guy moaning. Open the door and sneak up behind the guard, avoiding the broken glass on the floor. Grab him, drag him into dark corner and knock him out. Re-open the door to the interrogation room and then bring body in there.
Go out of that room - now you're in the main house area. Go down the lit hallway shooting out the lights as you go. Go to the end and take out the guard. Turn around facing the hallway and go right to a locked door. Unlock it - a medkit is there.
Now use the door on the other end to get back to the interrogation room. This level is done.
Head out to the main stair area again. Shoot out the lights around the stairwell. Sneak down the stairs. First sneak up and grab the bad guy in the center area near you. You can do it quietly and the other guy won't notice. Drag the first guard back to a quiet spot and drop him.
Go into the door on the hard left (by the stairs) and get a medkit. Turn off the lights in here. Agitate the second guy and knock him out. At this point the third guy probably comes out, get him too. Take the bodies into the room with the flag and medkit.
Note that if you try to do this in the main room, there is glass on the floor to watch for.
Now go down the wooden-floored hallway on the side. Take out the lights as you go. At the middle of the hallway is a door.
Head out on patio area by a courtyard. You can see searchlights. "You're not going to like this" you're told. There is a lone guard with night vision goggles, and an automated search light. You have to stay IN the light to foil the night vision. The guard is ahead of you so you can hide behind posts to block his vision of you
Go along in the right spotlight, all the way right up to the stairs. Now go in to the left along to a turret and deactivate it. Go back the other way.
You'll get to a door - head into a storage room with stairs up. Go up the stairs to get to a bedroom with medkit. The next stairs lead to a sniper. Sneak up slowly on him. Grab him and knock him out.
Now at the door you'll find Ingrid. She tells you "It's phonetical Mambe" - and provides numbers for a meeting place. She gives coordinates and a time. "Ingredients for a Springfield demonstration"
You learn the coordinates are for a cryogenics lab in Paris. You're told "shoot all the guerillas you like". You also have to cut power from all spotlights in the village so the Osprey can come in
Grab the ammo on the table. Go out the door, turn on the machine gun and disable IFF. Now go back to the door by the stairs. Go in with night vision. A guy comes out of the far alley by a lit window. Get him and the second guard, then turn off the switch by the wooden structure there.
Move along to the second tower and turn it off too. Now head forward and up short stairs to a dock where you see the osprey and moon. Go right along the dock and left out onto the docks.
Get onto the small boat there and mission complete.
