Badge Upgrades - Driving

You can earn these upgrades at ANY time just by going into a car-marked training facility and turning in a badge. You earn badges by doing random missions or regular missions. Note that you lose badge points when you get killed or do bad actions.

Upgrade 1 - Peel Out
Not really useful, but fun. You have to be DEAD stopped and then press A and X at the same time. Your car will try to roll backwards so be sure to do this RIGHT at the same time to get the tires spinning. Then release X to spring forward.
