Jimmy tells all his goons to blast you. This is a level that is over VERY quickly and takes no thought at all. Just hammer away on the fire button. Do NOT bother aiming or taking your time. If you have upgraded your gun at the first upgrade point, and have done the badge upgrades to get dual-firing, this should be very easy.
