You meet the meet cop in a diner. His name is Don Rafferty. Rafferty worked undercover with your dad. He warns you that this case is way over your head. You don't care, you just want to find your brother. He says you have to hurry. He tells you that Wu's men are holding your brother at the Peking Duck.
