Last year, I was prescribed so many antibiotics that it destroyed most of my body's good bacteria and left me with an overgrowth of fungus, known as candida. I was determined to not let it happen again but unfortunately, it did.
I had to go on the dreaded antibiotics not because of a respiratory infection but rather due to blood poisoning caused by an exploding Pyrex pan that lacerated my foot. It forced me to review and resume all the measures I learned to avoid a candida overgrowth. I decided to share them in the latest article on the Allergies and Colds site at BellaOnline.com in case you too would like to avoid the symptoms tied to antibiotics overuse.
