Welcome to the November 26th edition of the BellaOnline Anime newsletter!
If you've come by the main Anime site over the past couple of days, you have may noticed a new subsection titled, "Space Battleship Yamato and Related." In this new subsection, you can find the overview article for Space Battleship Yamato/Star Blazers, the reviews of all five Space Battleship Yamato films, the biographies of Leiji Matsumoto and Yoshinobu Nishizaki, and even the review of Interstella 5555 (since Leiji Matsumoto had involvement with this film). I felt this was an influential enough anime property, and that there was enough material for this property to have its own subsection. At this point, I think it's better to have all that material in one subsection, rather than spread out between three or four subsections.
This week, I posted an overview article for To Heart, which can be found in the "Current Anime" subsection; there's also a link to this article later in the newsletter. I also added words from To Heart to the word list for the anime games. I also posted an overview article for Gungrave, which can also be found in the "Current Anime" subsection (and a link to this article can be found later in the article). I also added words from Gungrave to the word list for the anime games.
I also posted two reviews to the Anime site this week. The first is a review of the Robotech: The Macross Saga - Legacy Collection 1 DVD box set. This review can be found in the "Robotech and Related" subsection, and a link to this review is included later in this newsletter. I also posted a review of Pokemon 4Ever to the "Pokemon" subsection of the Anime site. You can also find a link to this review a little later in the newsletter. Pokemon 4Ever is also an Editor's Pick on the main Anime site, and the DVD has been added to the Anime Shop's Pokemon subshop.
