Welcome to the March 25th edition of the BellaOnline Anime newsletter!
This week is the last week of "Classic Anime Month." To finish off this special month, I have added overview articles for Maison Ikkoku and Galaxy Express 999, as well as a review of the first Star Blazers DVD box set. The Star Blazers box set is also an Editor's Pick on the main Anime site, and the set has also been added to the Anime Shop (in the Space Battleship Yamato / Star Blazers sub-shop). Words related to Maison Ikkoku and Galaxy Express 999 have also been added to the list for the anime word games.
Since the last newsletter, it was announced at the Tokyo Anime Fair that a new Space Battleship Yamato film will be released to theaters in Japan later this year.
In addition to the classic anime articles I posted this week, I also posted an overview article for Zatch Bell! in the "Current Anime" section of the site, and I added words from Zatch Bell! to the list for the anime word games. I also added the Inuyasha Season One Box Set to the Anime Shop (in the Rumiko Takahashi sub-shop).
