Just this past week here in Los Angeles was a rape on a public bus of a disabled girl who had just learned to ride the bus. It went on for ten minutes according to the news reports and the guy was standing with his back to the camera onboard. The girl was silent as she was stunned and scared. She is 18. This is very scarey and the reason why my 17 year old does not really go out alone. We need to get him an ID since he does online schooling.
