Beer News:

Miller Brewing Company will introduce a new alcoholic fruit beverage in the Richmond, Virginia, Tampa, Florida and Seattle, Washington areas. Called Brutal Fruit, it will be similar to other malt beverages, with the hopes of capturing the tastes of more women.  Brutal Fruit will come in four flavors:  Sultry Strawberry, Kinky Kiwi, Manic Mango and Luscious Litchi.

Craft Brew of the Week Award:

Saint Rogue Red, Rogue Ales, Newport, Oregon

Style - American Red Ale

Ruby copper sparkling hue, with aromas of caramel, citrus, and melon, with earthy, forest undertones.  Roasty malt flavor with touch of spruce and intense hoppy flavors.  Smooth mouthfeel with a sharp, dry hop finish.

Cheers!
