Well, hello there! I hope you have had a wonderful week! I had big plans this week to put up some articles about the different kinds of foundations and how to apply them, but I have recently been inundated with emails from women asking for the low-down on mineral make-up. In order to answer those questions, I have written an article with the most common questions I have been asked with their answers. Please continue to send me your cosmetics questions!
Common Questions About Mineral Make Up
What is mineral make up, who should use it, and is all of the hype true?
Your Weekly Quick Tip: Is your work, school or family routine keeping you super busy (read: exhausted) and your eyes are suffering? A quick, relatively painless way to brighten your tired eyes is to line them with a white eyeliner, as opposed to black or brown. White liner will do for your eyes what your size-too-small white summer pants from two seasons ago effectively do for your behind! Enhance and enlarge!
Tool of the Week Lexicon Entry:
Bismuth Oxychloride (n.): a pearlizing mineral that many companies put into their mineral blushes, bronzers and foundations in order to achieve a natural-looking glowing effect when applied to the skin.
In between articles and the weekly newsletter, always feel free to stop by the Cosmetics forum and share your thoughts, tips, product rants, and more! I also post threads in there outside of current articles, and who knows when you will be able to shine as a cosmetics diva yourself!
As always, feel free to forward this message to anyone you think might love what they see!
