H is for Honey
Honey has a ton of health benefits as well as uses. Itís an excellent source of carbs making it energy enhancing plus itís full of antioxidants and has anticancer benefits. I like to drizzle honey over Greek yogurt and fruit for a sweet, healthy snack. I also use honey a lot in salad dressings and marinades.
