O is for Olive Oil
You have probably noticed that olive oil is used in almost everything I make. I canít help it, I think itís wonderful! Studies show that replacing saturated fat with olive oil helps lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels. The more virgin the better so invest in a nice bottle of extra virgin olive oil and keep your butter in the fridge.
