Just over two weeks away from Rosh Hashanah and the beginning of a New Year. I've had a lot of time for introspection as I've been in bed with a bad bout of sciatica for the last two weeks.
I did not write anything new on Elul this year, but if you Google "ima on the bima elul", you'll see her list (and blog) of Elul introspection.
I know I am grateful for temporary physical setbacks - especially when I hear of families who are praying hard for the health of their loved ones, as Ima on the Bima is. She still manages to write and inspire.
If you're not one for introspection - how about baking? Tackling the round challah has never been easier (I hope).
Three Easy Methods for Making Round Challah
Baking your own challah has never been easier - or more delicious!
Let me know what you think -
I always appreciate hearing from you. I'm a bit slower than usual to respond since I can't stand in front of my computer for very long... but if you write, you will hear back from me!!
