Time goes by quickly and already we are into February. Pictures are soooooo vital if a child is missing. Take a minute and locate or snap an up-to-date picture of the kiddos. A full facial up close shot showing eye color and hair style is best. Always remember to list birthmarks, moles and scars when giving out identifying information to authorities.
