Hi everyone, Iíve just spent the morning stitching with my friend. We have a really lovely time, catching up and taking advice from each other on our stitching. Iím doing another piece of Stupendous Stitching and I really value my friendsí comments.
Sheís the organic embroiderer; Iím the neat, tidy and anxious one. I wish I could have some of her ďletís do it and seeĒ attitude Ė I really need freeing up somehow. Iím sure Iím not alone in my feelings Ė I hear the same from a lot of quilters too.
Perhaps Iíve just got to embrace my OCD tendencies and make the most of them. Hmmmm, Iíll put that statement in my little thought box and get back to you on it!
Last week I wrote an article about Quilt Novels. I must admit, novels are not my most favourite genre of literature Ė Iím a Biography kinda gal. But I do recognise that thereís a huge audience out there who just love the quilt focussed novels being written at the moment. To that end, Iíve researched and identified some of the Ďseriesí that are available at the present time. Hereís the link: http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art181550.asp
