Today, Lyndon B. Johnson, 36th president of the United States, would have been 100 years old. The National Park Service is officially opening the Texas White House on the LBJ Ranch, which is now part of a National Historic Park. Visitors will be able to tour the President's office, while the rest of the Texas White House is still being renovated.
Find out more about all the centennial celebration activities taking place through the weekend, out at the Ranch and in Austin at the LBJ Library and Museum, by visiting http://www.lbj100.org.
