Whether you’re off for a weekend break or planning a long haul flight somewhere exotic, make sure you look great and feel comfortable whilst travelling this summer. It may not seem important to look your best when travelling through the night or whilst populating the overcrowded departures lounge, but comfortable travel chic is an easy look to achieve, and you never know, it may just bag you an upgrade:
QUICK TIP: Long flights and journeys can seriously dry out your skin leaving you dehydrated. Sip water and other non-alcoholic beverages throughout your journey and slather on a deep moisturising hand and face cream to makeup-free skin to prevent chapping and dryness. This will ensure you arrive at your destination minus the caked-makeup look, glowing with a silky smooth complexion.
SJP THE NEXT BIG THING IN FASHION DESIGN?
If you haven’t already checked out SJP’s hot new collection at Steve & Barry’s you might be surprised to see what designs our favourite Sex In The City star has come up with. What you won’t find are the girly puffball dresses, fearless stilettos or cute handbags we’ve come to associate with Ms Bradshaw – but a cool, casual and timeless collection inspired by the real SJP offering classic, wearable pieces that you’ll wear over and over again:
QUICK TIP: Can’t get to Steve & Barry’s to view SJP’s cool collection? Then look out for a few clever look-alikes such as red and white striped vests, simple shirtdresses and creamy chinos.
THE WOMEN’S FASHION BAROMETRE OF COOL: Summer Footwear
Women’s Fashion LOVES: Wonderful Wedges
They’re on-trend, versatile, come in an array of beautiful styles and transform our legs into supermodel slim pins. What better excuse to invest in a miniskirt or two?
Women’s Fashion LOATHES: Cheap & Nasty Flip Flops
They cost pennies (great!) but wear out within days, give us unsightly blisters and make us feel short (not great) – down with the budget flip flop.
