Here's the latest article from the African American Culture site at BellaOnline.com. Recently, myself & my family suffered the loss of my grandmother (on my mother's side). She was a diabetic and had heart issues. My mother is also diabetic and has heart issues, even survived several strokes. For myself and my two daughters, I have to break this health issue chain.
