Summer is already beginning to fade here in Alaska and many of my favorite flowers along with it. Take a minute and visit the Alaska Site and take a second (or first, if you haven't been there yet) stroll through my Fireweed garden.
I've added a new photo to the article now that the season is winding down and the Fireweed are "going to cotton". Not as pretty as the early season blossoms, but spectacular in its own way.
