Welcome to the December 10th edition of the BellaOnline Anime newsletter!
Over the weekend, the news came out that veteran Japanese anime voice actor, Mikio Terashima, had passed away. I wrote a biography of him, which can be found in the "Anime Biographies" section of the Anime site; there's also a link to the biography later in the newsletter.
This week, I also posted reviews of The Animatrix and Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. Both of these reviews can be found in the "Anime DVD Reviews" section of the Anime site, and links to the articles are also included later in this newsletter. I also posted a review of The Animatrix soundtrack, which you can find in the "Anime Soundtrack Reviews" section of the site, or you can follow the link in the newsletter.
This week, I also posted an overview article for Final Fantasy Unlimited. The article is in the "Current Anime" section of the Anime site; there's also a link later in the newsletter.
I added some words to the list for the Anime word games, and I added The Animatrix Soundtrack and Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within to the Anime Shop. Also, a piece of news for any Fullmetal Alchemist fans on the list. News came out of Japan this week that a new Fullmetal Alchemist series will be debuting in Japan in April 2009.
