Welcome to the March 3rd edition of the BellaOnline Anime newsletter!
Yesterday (March 2), Miyazaki's Ponyo was released in the U.S. on both DVD and Blu-Ray. In addition, three of Miyazaki's earlier films were reissued on DVD (Castle in the Sky, My Neighbor Totoro, and Kiki's Delivery Service).
This week, I posted two new articles to the Anime site. The first is a review of Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might, which is the third film in the Dragon Ball Z franchise. The second is a review of the book Hayao Miyazaki: Master of Japanese Animation, which was written by Helen McCarthy. Links to both of these articles are included later in the newsletter.
