Welcome to the April 23 edition of the BellaOnline Anime Newsletter!
Since the last newsletter, I split the "Listing of Anime Conventions" article into two articles: one which lists conventions alphabetically from A-L, and one that lists conventions alphabetically from M-Z. The original article was rather long, so I thought it would be a good idea to split it up. At some point in the future, I am hoping to go through and subdivide the list even more (by dividing the list up into geographic regions).
This week, I posted two reviews: one for Kiki's Delivery Service, and one for Macross Plus: Movie Edition. Links to these two articles will be included later in the newsletter.
I have also added Kiki's Delivery Service to the Anime Shop, and the movie is now featured as an "Editor's Recommendation" on the front page of the Anime section.
In the forum, there is a big piece of news for Pokemon fans: Toys R Us will be exclusively distributing Darkrai for the Pokemon Diamond and Pearl videogames. For more information, you can click on the link in the newsletter to the anime forum, and there's a thread dedicated to this topic.
