Here are the headlines to come out of the anime industry since the last newsletter:
*Voltron and Saber Rider producer Peter Keefe passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2010 from throat cancer at the age of 57.
*FUNimation Entertainment began simulcasting the Rainbow anime series with English subtitles on Tuesday, June 1, at 1:00 p.m. EDT; the first episode to be simulcast was be the ninth episode. The first eight episodes that have already aired in Japan are available for streaming.
