March 14 2012 Appalachia Newsletter

Greetings to all folks near and far. It looks like Old Man Winter was rather weak this year -- but, you never know. He just may come along and surprise us. So do not put all your snow gear and wear away just yet.

Going camping? The hardy camper considers camping a year round activity. Make sure to check with experts on camping needs and gear for camping in the cold and snow. I bet you could find a camping expert and a person knowledgeable about Appalachian camping if you post in my forum. There are so many beautiful places to camp in the Appalachian Mountains and regions. Check all your camping gear to make sure you are prepared for those weekend "get-a-ways" and vacations coming up.

Here is my latest article from the Appalachia site at BellaOnline.com.

There was always a Granny close enough to fetch for help.Granny Women knew the way of herbs and home remedies and even witchcraft.

Till next time, may your home be filled with laughter and may it ring from floor to rafter. Blessings and may you walk in Peace and Harmony.
