There is the KISS principle or K-I-S-S which means keep it simple sweetie. And it works if practiced regularly. Children and even adults, regardless if diagnosed with AD/HD or not tend to hear only the first and last statements when someone is talking to them. So remember to slow down and K-I-S-S.
