Exercise and Students with ADD

Greetings from the Land of OZ!

What are your childhood memories of recess? The memories that I have are lovely! There was the running around, letting my energy flow, and the joy of movement. Sadly, for many children, recess has gone the way of the horse and buggy.

Is there any merit to having recess? Does your child's school offer recess or another way for the students to exercise? Would you like your child to have more recess and exercise? You have research on your side! Find out what the latest research says about exercise and ADD.
