Greetings from the Land of OZ!
Today, I am off my regular schedule. It's parent/teacher conferences, and I get to be the teacher! Do you have a regular schedule? What happens if you go off of your schedule? I tend to get a bit "out of pocket."
When a person has Attention Deficit Disorder, it is easy for life to devolve into chaos if you don’t have structure. Creative, out-of-the-box problem solving that living with ADD confers on each of us allows us to have the skills to improve our lives by creatively adding structure.
