Clear the Clutter and Improve ADD Symptoms

Greetings from the Land of OZ!

Well, tomorrow is the last day of students in our school district. After Friday they turn the instructional staff loose for the summer. We'll be getting a head start on next school year. Summer is a good time to plan lessons and activities. It is also a great time to catch up on household chores that I put off during the school year. What do you think that I'll be doing next week? Read on for a tiny hint!

What is one thing that you can do to improve the negative symptoms of ADD? Clear the clutter. What is the greatest benefit to clearing the clutter? You simplify your life. When you have fewer possessions, there is less to take care of and more time to improve the negative symptoms of ADD.
