Greetings from the Land of Oz!
Our weather has been hot here, but not as sizzling as where I went in Texas. My sister and I went into a business, and it was 107 degrees. When we came out, two hours later, it was 111! Building established routines, to help your child to get adequate sleep, is more than a way to end the day’s activities. These routines are essential to your child’s daily functioning. They assist him in getting enough sleep to deal with what comes his way during the day and help him build success.
Research shows that not getting enough sleep can be devastating for a child with ADD. I have included the sources that I used to develop this article. Adults with ADD also need to get adequate sleep to help manage their symptoms.
