The latest article from the Baha'i site at BellaOnline.com is about gratitude. Health researchers have just discovered that being grateful is good for us, but it is not a new idea in human history. How many of your grandmothers counseled you to look always at the bright side of things and to count your blessings every day?
Mine did, but seeing the good stuff when the bad stuff is in my way is still not automatic. Fortunately, religion has always been about the process of being grateful, and the Bahá'í Faith has some excellent guidance and tools that I use.
