I've come across a project by a woman & her son who were both clinically dead & came back to tell about it. Her story checks out, and I'm wondering: "What if it's true? And what would it hurt to try it?" We'll get more on that, towards the end of this week's newsletter.

This week, the Quick Tip & Challenge are going to focus on balancing your work & home life.
Quick Tip - Even under the most stressful situations, you can release tension by taking a moment to breathe. Right now, breathe in, envisioning energy light filling your lungs, belly, body. As you exhale, envision your stress, tension, and poison leaving your body. Do this in sets of three, whenever you need a quick remedy.
Get It Done Challenge - When the weather is great outside & you are stuck inside, take a moment to look out a window, or take a break or lunch outside. Your challenge for the week is to spend time outside for at least five minutes every work day. Better yet, take a walk - it reduces stress, stretches your muscles and battles "office chair butt."

So, what the heck was I talking about, up there, at the beginning of this newsletter?
Shelley Yates. (Link is to the first video in a series of 8. It lasts a bit more than 9 minutes.)
She and her 4 year old son died, when their car hydroplaned, flipped, landed upside down in the lake. They were under for more than 15 minutes each, in a Canadian November. You do the math.
While "on the other side" and since, Shelley has received & shared divine guidance with the world.
I discovered her, via a video on YouTube. Shelley Yates Part 7 - this is the first one I watched. I then watched the rest, from first to last, read her website, Googled her story (which checks out.)
The nutshell of it, is to have people pray, meditate, thing happy & grateful
thoughts - all over the world - during the same hour, on the same day. The
intention behind that is to allow all of our souls to be conduits to heal the
Earth. Regardless of whether you believe the whole story, you probably feel that the Earth could use some improvement. What could we all praying & thinking happy thoughts at the same time hurt? What could we possibly help, with that intention?
