Quick Tip - Take three minutes at 3 o'clock to have a dance break. Get up, get out of your chair, put on your favorite song & boogie! It'll re-energize you without the sugar spike & drop that you'd get from a vending machine candy bar.
Get It Done Challenge - Every day this week, take ten items that you don't really use any more, and set them aside. At the end of the week, take them all to Goodwill. You declutter your space & help those in need.
