Greetings and welcome to all our newest subscribers. It's wonderful to see so many newcomers!
I know many of you have written me emails about noticing or feeling a shift. Some people write, though they've always been sensitive in the past, they are feeling especially sensitive as of late. It's getting harder and harder to ignore it and go about life as usual.
With all of the changes we've seen economically and geographically and especially if you're sensitive anyway, part of the sensations you'll be picking up will be similar to what we'd find if we tapped a tuning fork on the side of the table. You're going to be sensitive all the way around.
One of the things I've found that helps me greatly is something as simple as baking or setting yourself up to start a new hobby. Funneling these feelings into something you can look at and see progress does wonders! Just this weekend I made 20 apple pies, lol. Seriously, I find taking care of living things, even if it's an herb garden in all it's wonder reminds me of just how perfect the living vessel is and there's a great joint venture in being a part of it. You can easily set one up on a window sill or any area that gets a medium amount of light. Before long you'll be seeing and smelling a whole new world!
