CLEAN THOUGHTS

Happy Friday!

Thanks for all the kind words about the new BellaOnline Cleaning Newsletter look!  What do YOU think?  I'd love to hear your opinion, too.

The dilemma of home

A new book has recently come out about the changing ways we live in America.  People now spend more time than ever with their children and almost half the time cleaning house than we did in 1965.  Of course, we have new gadgets and tools to help us speed up the process of cleaning house, so that knocks off some of the time spent.  But, I want to share something with you -- and maybe I'm preaching to the choir, but....

I believe the quality of our homes has a direct impact on the quality of our lives.

No, I don't think you should spend every waking moment on cleaning, but I do believe that even small, regular amounts of time (much like that 10% savings rule) when deposited in efforts in keeping house reaps huge rewards.  Too many people think they have to pass the white glove test or they chuck housekeeping altogether.  It doesn't have to be like this and I've got a plan to help you with your house when you are strapped for time.

I hope you will enjoy today's article.  Have a great weekend.

Warmly,

Kathryn Weber

FEATURED PRODUCT

The products featured here are ones I use in my own home, that I can personally attest to, and that I L-O-V-E.  I want you to try them, too, because I know you will also enjoy them and they will help you keep a cleaner, more comfortable home.

Eureka Quick UP Stick Vac

Quick Up is the perfect name for this little wonder.  It has settings for hard floors and carpet, a long-lasting (thank goodness!) rechargeable battery, and a hanger.  I use this every single day because it's so easy to use.  It's also very reasonable -- about $30 -- and worth every single cent.  And does it pick up?  Oh yeah.  Plus, it has an easy to empty cup.   It makes vacuuming stairs a breeze -- one of the things I dislike to vacuum the least.

Hint:  Gather all your unneeded, outgrown, unused items and donate them this month to get the tax write off before year's end.
