Greetings!
Do you feel that? The crispness in the air; the smell of wood smoke curling around your nose; the crunch of breaking leaves under your feet. You know what that means--Halloween is just around the corner!
There's still plenty of time to decide on a costume, change your mind, change it again and then make it before the festivities begin. To help you out, I made the rounds through a ton of free costume tutorials online. The result is the article below. Happy hunting.
Free Halloween Costume Pattern Roundup
A link-a-palooza of free costume patterns and tutorials found online.

I'm off in a few hours to one of the last Medieval campouts for the year. My family spends the Columbus Day weekend in early 15th century costumes, enjoying archery, knife throwing, and of course some amazing fall food and drink. This year promises to be particularly chilly, so I've been making my husband a warm wool cotehardie and hood. I still have the button holes to sew (by hand)--sure hope I make it.

Don't forget to visit the forum and show us what you're working on.
