Winter is getting close!
I want to remind my readers that the nasty, awful, horrible, the S word (snow) can hit really early. I just love winter. (NOT) Back in 1991 on Halloween there was a terrible blizzard in Minnesota. In the Duluth area there was 36 inches of the white stuff. I lived toward the northern middle of Minnesota very near Leech Lake. Many areas were without electricity for several days. I have been in ice storms; even right here in South Dakota where it is almost tropical. (I can dream) That early winter blizzard taught me something very important. Winter preparedness; be ready, sometimes earlier than you could imagine. Here is an article to help you get ready for winter. There are several helpful suggestions for the heat of summer as well.

Pet Wallaby
Wallabies are marsupials that look like a kangaroo but are smaller. The greatest populations would be found in Australia and New Zealand. Care and information on Wallabies.
