We are discussing Email Service Providers and what kind of features to look when choosing an email provider for your newsletter or ezine. In addition to the features mentioned in the article there is one other feature that you should be concerned with and that is - Help & Support.

A good email marketing service will provide you the help you need in order to get started using their services. Some of the "help" features to look for are -

* A "Getting Started" guide of how to get started using their interface, software or templates.
* A user manual which should feature a little more behind the scenes information.
* A wizard to offer you step by step help in setting up your newsletter or ezine on their database and into their system.
* A FAQ's which should be comprehensive enough to answer the majority of your questions, if you have any.
* A blog to keep you up to date with the news of the company and any changes that may affect your newsletter or ezine.
* Tutorials and articles, i. e. a "Knowledge Base" that offers tips, advice how-to's and information.

"Support" features should include the company's contact information, whether by phone, email or live chat. You should always be able to contact the company with any questions or difficulties you may have in using their service.
