September 26 2008 Formula One Newsletter

Hi everyone,

Welcome to another F1 newsletter, catching up with the news from the last few weeks, and a recap of some recent articles on the BellaOnline site.
In the news:

The International Court of Appeal came to the conclusion that McLaren’s appeal against the Belgium penalty given to Lewis Hamilton was inadmissible. The reason they gave was that drive through penalties are not allowed to be appealed.

Having been greatly concerned about one of the corners at Singapore, the FIA have looked into it and made amendments. A couple of drivers were worried about the high kerbing around one of the chicanes, and the kerbs were smoothed out in time for Free Practice.

Massa has said that even though some of his championship points have been won off the track (from the penalty given to Hamilton), he still thinks he deserves to be fighting for the championship, and if he won the title, believes he would be a worthy champion.
