You'll need a snack size plastic bag, cotton balls, and your favorite fragrance oil.

Let the cotton balls soak up about 5 drops of oil. Place in the plastic bag. It should be small enough to carry anywhere.

When needed, take out a fragranced cotton ball and sniff it.
