Hello everyone! I hope this newsletter finds you well and happy. It's that time of year here in Oklahoma when we are restocking our freezers with fresh beef and venison and pork so I've put up an article for a few recipe using venison in case you are fortunate enough to have some on hand. I hope you enjoy them. In case you missed my last article on frostings and icings it can still be seen on the front page of my site. Great basic recipes and flavored recipes for a variety of frostings for cakes, cookies and cupcakes. :)
Our weather has been so strange lately.. cold and warm. Thunderstorms and snow showers :) Just crazy! I'm ready for spring here. Hope you all are staying warm (or cool) wherever you are at.
As always if you have any favorite recipes to share please feel free to drop me a line. I'll be getting up a few recipes shared with me by my aunt in a few days. Some Irish recipes so watch for those.
