Hi Hot & Spicy food lovers,

I have two spicy chicken wing recipes for you.

You can make either of these two really special wing recipes for your group or book club. One recipe is for chicken wings marinated in Ginger Ale, Soy Sauce and brown sugar. The other is simpler, but just as good with olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, etc.

Did you freeze leftover turkey? If yes, take it from the freezer and use it this week. Here are recipes from last week. *Spicy Turkey Leftovers - Recipes*
Turn leftover turkey into a tasty cheese topped chili or make a sauce of turkey and broccoli for spaghetti.

[H&S Hints]

*Make sun tea during this busy time of year. Thereís no need boil water, etc. For a quart of tea, fill container with cold water and add 4 or 5 tea bags. Place in full sun light for approximately 4 hours, add sugar and fresh lemon if desired. Pour over ice to serve or put in fridge to get cold. I make this all year round using peppermint tea. If you are making your own iced tea, take care to use a tea product without additives.

*Do you eye the mouth-watering meats in the deli section, then head over to the pre-packaged sandwich products to save money? It is not always necessary to do that. Stay in the deli section and take a look at their packaged end cuts. You may find assortments of expensive end-cut meats and cheeses for a fraction of the cost. If you do this, or have other ways to eat high on the cheap, please let me know by posting in our forum (see link below) or send me an e-mail at hotandspicy@bellaonline.com
