Black Bean Dip Recipe
Black beans are not just good in soup, when pureed with other ingredients
they make a healthful dip or spread.

The most obvious way to serve these spicy meatballs is over spaghetti or
other pasta. However, they are so good with served with pepper and eggs
with crusty bread at brunch.
Ground turkey is not just for meatloaf or meatballs. You can make a spicy
turkey sausage to serve anytime. Buy 1 to 1-½ pounds of ground turkey and
add the following ingredients. 1 teaspoon of each dried herb, rosemary,
sage and thyme; ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, a dash of cayenne pepper, ¾
teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon real maple syrup.
Mix, then divide turkey sausage into patties.
You can cook using a small amount of vegetable oil or freeze. If freezing
use small freezer bags to hold two or four patties.
