March 8th is also International Women’s Day and celebration of womanhood is gaining popularity in India too. Ironically women in India still battle for their rights and remain slaves to a male dominated society. International Women’s Day in India is shaping up to be a day of celebration for the few women who have been fortunate enough to break the age old barriers.
