FINANCIAL MARKETS SUMMARY for the MONTH ENDING 05/30/2008

The month of May ended mixed for US stock indices with the DOW down 1.4%,the S&P 500 up 1.1%,and the NASDAQ up 4.6%. Overseas markets were also mixed with major markets in Europe & Japan treading water while the emerging markets were solidly higher. The top stock sectors were Oil & Gas up over 6% and Basic Materials up 4%. Commodity prices as a whole rose 3.2% with oil leading the way with a 12.4% gain for the month.
