Greetings everyone! I am really on a strong salad kick. We've been very diligent about stocking the fridge with a variety of salad fixings - mixed cheese, bacon bits, hard boiled eggs, little tomatoes, cucumbers, and lots of different dressings. That way every day I make a salad up that literally makes my mouth water - and tastes completely different from the previous day's!
I am always looking for new salad dressing ideas, to jazz things up. Please reply to this message and let me know what your favorite is, so I can add it to my list! Here's one of my latest:

Squeezable Ken's Steak House Ranch is a great dressing and dip for healthy eating of salads, carrot and celery sticks. It has only 2g of carbs per serving and no trans fats.
I'm also trying to focus on becoming more active, doing things I enjoy. I used to play Dance Dance Revolution a fair amount - but with my nose surgery I stopped (go figure :) ). Now that I'm healed, I really should start again - but it's always hard to start up a new pattern in life! I just have to DO it. What activities do you enjoy?
