Spring is finally here and tomorrow should be my first day out kayaking! I've loved dancing with my Wii all winter long, but there's something to be said for getting out into the sunshine with the butterflies as well. What types of activities do you enjoy? It's important for all of us to get up and moving and to enjoy it. We're all different. Some of us love to run. Some of us love bikes, some love horses, some love dancing.
