Newman's Lite Balsamic Vinegar Dressing is a salad dressing with only 2g of carbs and 45 calories per serving. That's only half of what most salad dressings have. How does it taste?
I tend to get the "very veggie" mix at the store. I've noticed that the snowpea count in it is dropping each week. This time my bag only had two in the entire bag. Does anybody else eat this blend? Shall we write and complain? :)
I'm winding up my testing efforts of the Biggest Loser SlimCoach calorie tracking device. Next I'll be writing up the BodyMedia / BodyBugg device. Does anybody use devices like these to track their health? How are they doing with them? Do you wear a pedometer? Or do you just not keep an eye on your calorie expenditure?
